Food is medicine

Ayurveda says that food is a medicine and vintage Keralam life is strictly followed some rules on eating and drinking. Now a days all these things lost and illness came to our life and wellness gone out!!

Nagakkavu was common with all great houses in Keralam, but now a days most of them were ruined. Actually those were specimens of preserved forests
